Default Dealing with spam/junk e-mail

I am now getting probably 100+ spam e-mails every day.

I don't want to change e-mail addresses because I'm using a "lifetime" address that I've had for a long time and that is very easy to remember.

Suggestions?

I started forwarding all my email to gmail. They have an excellent spam filter.
