The First Up Against the Wall.

There's that old saying, "they'll be the first up against the wall when the revolution comes." Usually used to describe an irritating group of people. So lets say that you've just become supreme dictator of your country. Apart from all the vestal virgins which would obviously be high on the list of first things to do, who would you put up against the wall?
Me, I'd probably have to go with people who always want to split the bill at restaurants. The type that suddenly come out with, "But I didn't have coffee!" Bang.
