Default Scam Attempt?

I just got this email from "Party Poker". Other than the fact that I live in the US and haven't been eligible to play on party for over a year, I find it odd that I get this email only on a tertiary account I almost never used. Also, when I go to the page, it tries to have me log in. Seems pretty sketchy, and the url seems wrong too. Thoughts?

I just got a email today from an affiliate company sending out a deposit bonus email for a free $25 when you sign up.

Said in the email though that offer wasn't valid for US customers.

It's 100% legit, http s = secure server on partyaccount.com

If you haven't requested a password reset you should be more concerned someone is trying to hack your account by guessing password question clues etc.
