Working out without weights
Can someone link me to a page with a lot of different exercises that doesn't require weights? I haven't got a gym available this summer. Or if someone could give me a training regime to use that would be great. I'll be training strength four times a week and cardio twice.

There's a lot of stuff on the Dragon Door Forums, and their Bodyweight Training Articles. I also highly recommend Pavel's Naked Warrior.

You can get by on just three exercise when no weights are around. Pushups, situps, and running.
I heard resistant bands are the best value for training at home. Dirt cheap and tons of exercises to target any muscle. |
