Who Is Rock Banker?

I just received a book titled "Comprehensive NL Hold'em and Tournament" authored by Rock Banker. I assume this is a psuedonym for someone else. Although I have just thumbed through the book, it has some new interesting insights. Has anyone else read it and have an opinion?

This book has been discussed before, seems to be pretty bad.
