It's not a good flop to bet at though, unless you know he's calling light preflop.

It's unlikely he has QQ seeing as you have one yourself. You could still make a large enough bet that looks like you are committed to putting him all in that will fold out QQ/JJ type hands but then save yourself a few bucks if he shoves.

I think that based on his action I think his most likely hands are QQ and JJ. Put it this way, what do you think his range is when we get to the turn like this?
