How long did it take before it went away? I want to start doing push ups again so I can has big muscles so the women like me and make my kiss closes easier, and not get offended by my negs.

i got it from baseball. took 4-6 weeks i believe of more or less complete rest then just work it back int shape. Just make sure its okay before you start using it heavily again.

It happened in fall, so i just didn't play tennis all winter [it's cold here]. So, I don't really know.

i get it from baseball too

i suggest using mineral ice, or as i call it, miracle ice. for me i rest for a week or so and im ok but it always comes back. thats why i OD on miracle ice.

Unless your lifting involves using your triceps, which I doubt, you should be fine. Give it about 2 months rest. Tendonitis is easily avoided by doing a quick warm up and stretch and the beginning and end of every workout.
