No need to get fancy. Threebet the flop and keep firing, as you did.

The board is very drawy and you are out of position. If you call the flop and go for the turn c/r, you risk giving a free card, and all you're trying to gain is one small bet. Moreover, that line is so strong you might get a fold on the turn from a hand that would have called you all the way if you just kept betting. Definitely not worth it.

MPs likely hands are Tx or Jx or something like KQ. There are a lot of turn cards all those hands are likely to take a freecard in position to call a bet and showdown cheap vs the pf3bettor, esp if u cr the turn like this often or get tricky in general.

I 3bet the flop and keep going as well.

too many turn cards will kill your action or make you too scared to c/r and villain could be freecarding you (not likely at these stakes though).
