Default 11/35kgtd Late Pos. AJs facing Raise

Wondering if this was a bad play on my part. Had about 1/3 the average chip count. Figured it was a push or fold hand. Do I end up in a coin flip in this situation enough or was this a bad play.

First of all your M is more important than your Q. You have 23 BB and you are facing a big preflop reraise. I would muck AJ here. I don't like your push here. You will probably find way better spots to find a double up as you still have a nice stack to work with.

W/out a read that MP3 raises light to isolate/punish limpers, this is a pretty clear fold IMO. You're behind MP3's range here and u have little to no FE...i don't see any value in shoving AJs here. If MP3 opened to 300, i'd call.

You need a read on the player to make this good. If he's attacking limpers or open raises a lot it's fine.

Play at these levels seem weak, so without a read, i think this is marginal.
