If Hawaii wins their game tonight, they should be in.

[/ QUOTE ]

Why? Why why why why why?

This argument should include three teams: Oklahoma, USC, and LSU. I can't comprehend how other people think there should be any other options besides those three teams.

[/ QUOTE ]

Virginia Tech is rated higher than all 3 and won their conference today just like those 3. They should at least be included.

[/ QUOTE ]

LOL at "rated higher" meaning they're better. VT is out because:

Oh yeah...I'm just going to throw out a vote for a USC/LSU National Championship. Ohio State hasn't done [censored].

I could tolerate this.

USC plays in a better conference than OSU, they lost two games by a combined 11 points this year (one on the road against Oregon) and beat Arizona State by 20 in Tempe. USC deserves the title game much more than Ohio State, and I don't think its all that close.

Exactly. I mean, some people are dumb enough to vote for Hawaii to make the NC, but if you ask a rational person, isn't OSU basically Hawaii-lite? They lost to a 9-3 Illini team, and they didn't dominate seemingly average Michigan and Wisconsin teams. Is this really any different than what Hawaii did: playing a cake schedule, playing like [censored], and barely winning?

Well, USC loss to [censored] STANFORD.

Also, you just plain wrong about OSU's schedule(56th in the country, Hawaii's is 142nd, USC 33rd) and their "barely winning". They beat Wisconsin 38-17 and held Michigan under 100 yards of total offense at Michigan.

So no, OSU is not Hawaii lite.

Think how many games, and even single plays this year cost teams a spot in the title game.

Your biggest games of the year have been:

1. Beating an 8-4 team by 11 points
2. Losing to a BCS team
3. ???
4. Beating Columbus High School?

Stick OSU in the SEC, and then let's see how well they do.

They'd have between 1-3 losses. They went 11-1 against the 56th most difficult schedule. I'm not sure how that's worse than going 10-2 against the 33rd(including a home loss to a 39 point dog).

Nice job on saying some wrong [censored], getting corrected, and barreling on like it didn't happen. You could work in politics.

Not all that close? You happen to remember the details of that other loss USC has?

Because OSU's loss was to a team that is probably going to a BCS bowl. What is Stanford's bowl outlook this year?

Who did you play this year?

(I'm glad you scheduled USC next year, but it's this year. You guys kind of suck.)
