NL25: River Raising in Limped Pot

Villain is your typical fish who plays a ton of pots. he can have ATC here since this is not a raised pot. my reads on him so far is that he loves to play pots but i am not sure about how strong of hands he is folding. I think if I do raise here the only thing that calls me is trips or a boat. that said should i be raising this river? feels like i should be raising it and happy to get AI vs this guy.

fold turn. not a good board, 3 left to act, oop, and you have total junk crap. the turn is what is concerning here, which is why i am focusing on it instead of the river.
