Current Options For U.S. Players: Absolute Withdrawals

I haven't withdrawn any $ from Absolute since the Neteller craziness. I'm a US player, and I read the text and looked at the charts at Absolute, but it's not very clear.

What are the options? What's best?

what fees are associated with Epass as far as withdrawing from gambling sites?

My last check was fairly prompt - which is to say, 10-ish days rather than a month.

They charge an $8 fee per check even for slow service now, more to have it sent express. This may or may not be better than the percentages the other services take.
