can you guys gimme a typical standard devation per hour for the 20-40 games at commerce?

In ace on the river, barry says a typical standard deviation in limit games is 10bb per hour, so I have just been using that for my bankroll calculations. I don't use statking, because that would just cause me to waste a ton of time staring at numbers instead of doing what love to do, which is to go on 13 hour posting binges on 2p2.

[/ QUOTE ]

Looking at statking, and just at the 20/40 Commerce game my SD is $423.93/hr over 253.5 hours for the year 2007

that might be about right if your vpip is 11.

15 or so is more reasonable.

[/ QUOTE ]

15 would be ridiculous. That's reasonable for an online game and per 100 hands. Live only being 35ish hands per hour will make it much less.

FWIW my SD for 30/60 games is about 10.5 bb/hr. I can't imagine the Commerce 20 being more than 12.
