Star Trek Game Rules

Main Theme: Starfleet Vs. Romulans
3rd Faction: The Borg


Evil Roles

Six Romulans - Wins when ALL Starfleet AND Borg are dead. The exception to this is the Haloggraphic Doctor does not need to be killed.

<u>Cmdr Tamolak</u> - Romulan Leader. Responsible for all Romulan Team descisions. If killed appoints a new leader upon death.

<u>Sexy Romulan Cmdr(F)</u> - Holder and user of the 'Cloaking Device" Makes cloaking descisions alone but can of course discuss with teammates. Powers of cloacking deviced explained later.

<u>Four Regular Romulans</u>

<u>Cardassian</u> - Terrorist Role. Cardassian knows who the Romulans are and they know who he is but they DO NOT have any night chat. Wins w/Romulans

<u>Khan</u> - Evil Seer. DOES NOT KNOW who other evils or nor do they know who he is. wins w/Romulans. Seperate win condition: Gets one night kill all game. If he targets Kirk he automatically wins and leaves the game. If he targets anyone else he dies (can still win if Romulans win) The doctor/angel CANNOT protect Kirk from Khan. The doctor/angel also CANNOT protect Khan from being killed as a result of choosing wrong.


Good Roles (StarFleet) - All win together

<u>Counselor Troi(F)</u> - Seer. No Peek on Night 0

<u>Kes(F) </u> - Seer. Gets a peek on Night 0. Dies no matter what after end of Day 9

<u>Cmdr. Riker </u> - Can 'sleep' with any character at Night. If he chooses a female character (denoted by F) he learns their role and any night info that character has. You are not informed if Riker has slept with you, this power can only be succesful once.

<u>Capt. Kirk </u> - Same as Riker. In addition Kirk is a mason with Spock. They can chat during day as well.

<u> Spock </u> - Main goal is to capture the cloacking device. Every Night he can target someone who he thinks is a Romulan. If he looks up a Non-Romulan he dies. (Doctor cannot protect him from this death) If he looks up the 'Sexy Romulan Cmdr' he takes the cloaking device from her. If he looks up any other Romulan nothing happens but he lives. In this manner Spock can be used as a 3rd Seer

<u> Capt. Picard </u> - Borg Hunter. Submits a name every Night. If he submits a Borg, that Borg dies. If he submits the Borg Queen, ALL BORG DIE.

<u>Data </u> - Need to be Night Killed twice to die. Immune to assimilation.

<u> Dr. McCoy </u> - Angel Role. If he tries to protect a Red Shirt they die instead. Can only succesfully protect the same person once. Is not informed of a succesful protect

<u>Halographic Doctor</u> - Immune to both assimilation and Night Kill. Doesn't Need to be Killed for evil to win. Doesn't need to be assimilated for Borg to win. Gets an angel type protection they can use on anyone for ONE NIGHT only.

<u> 12 Regular StarFleet </u>


Seperate Win Condition Role

<u> Red Shirt </u> - Jester Role. Wins if lynched. Loses if Night Killed. You ARE allowed to come out as a Red Shirt. However you can ALSO win with starfleet IF you are alive at the end. You need to be killed for Borg or Romulans to win.


The 3rd Faction

<u>Borg Queen</u> - Targets characters for assimilation on Nights 2,5,8,11,14 etc etc. Wins if everyone at the end of the game is Borg. No more assimilation takes place after Queen is dead.



Role Convergence - If both doctors protect the same personsuccesfully, it counts as a succesful use for both doctors.

If a doctor protects someone who is for some reason immune to death the protect takes priority and COUNTS as a succesful use.

If someone is targeted for death and assimilation the same Night, they are assimilated. (The one exception to this is if Khan targets Kirk)

The doctor cannot protect from assimilation.

No one will ever be told why a kill or assimilation didn't work

The doctor will not be told if his protect was succesful or not


Detailed Assimilation Rules - If you are assimilated your win condition changes. You now CANNOT WIN the game, however if the Borg take over you DO NOT LOSE. Its like a draw. (This is to discourage people from tring to get assimilated) If you are assimilated all Borg are informed of all your night actions and any prior powers you had you get to keep but now you must use them to Borg advantage. If you had a masonry prior to assimilation you may keep it. All Borg are in an automatic masonry with each and can chat with one another on both day and night.


The Cloacking Device - Holder every night can target any player from seer powers and make the seer see a fake role fo your choice. For example the Sexy Romulan can make Tamolak appear as the Halographic Doctor. If spock captures the cloackign device the Sexy Romulan Cmdr is informed it was taken from her. Spock can now use it in the same manner (against Khan)

Reveals - All Roles will always be revealed whether the death was at night or in the day. Assimilated Deaths will have their prior identity revealed as well.

Rules - You may roleclaim or rolefake at any time

Secret Role - There is ONE person with a secret role whose powers I will not reveal, nor will I reveal what side they were on. If this person is killed they will be revealed as 'Seceret Role'

i guarantee this game is broken in some horrible way, or bobo will quit modding halfway through and the game will crash and burn
