I'm in the first orbit of a morning session so I have no reads. Seriously, I think laying low the first couple of orbits has to be +EV, but how do you not play KK?

Anyway, I think this is either fold or shove given the stack size of my opponent. Do you agree? What would you do?

If you shove you need him to fold about 50% of the time. I don't think most villains lead out into someone who 3bet preflop on an AAx board without the ace, and i don't think he folds the ace to your shove here ever. So i'd say that folding is best.

I would have to assume he had an ace here, and judging from the prelfop play it culd easily be AK and have you drawing dead, not that you wanted to rely on a two outer anyways. Then there's also the off chance he's just getting ballsy with QQ oe JJ, but that seems unlikely. He could also have been playing pocket nines for set value and be hoping that you have the A. Folding seems like the best option.

Sorry if that's not coherent. I need to get to sleep.

don't shove. If plan on going broke (because you thing he's bluffin alot) just call the flop and let him bluff into you again.

IMO a fold is in order. With UTG raising PF, calling your raise and betting on the flop (bluff seems unlikely giving his position), it looks like he hit at least an A.

Shoving is bad here because worsest hands fold correctly, better hands call and this bet is so clever. He left room for escaping (JJ, QQ) or milking with ace/nines. Just fold or call. I would call and going broke.

And preflop 3bet should be larger.

I agree, but I think the 3-bet is just fine considering the stack sizes.

Villian has plenty of time to get his short stack into the pot without leading on the flop. Given that, his flop lead is suspicious. Without a read, I'm calling on the flop.

Interesting opinions. I figured this was fold or push, but a couple of you advocate a call. Huh.

I folded in this spot and feel mostly validated by your comments. Thank you for your replies!

I would call. This is far from a push/fold spot as push is easily the worst decision you could make here with basically any hand in your range.
