If you think you are playing at a passive table that will let you see the flop on the cheap, then I would limp with this hand hoping to hit a draw. Personally I hate playing this type of hand OOP when I hit top pair, you either bet accordingly (say 2/3 of the pot) and take it down - winning only a small pot, or you get reraised or called and leave yourself with a set of difficult decisions.

You're making it 2.5x bb's from UTG+1 behind a limper? I hate this raise. Fold>>>Call>>>Raise to 100>>>Unplug internet>Raise to 75.
