check seems the safest...you have about 65 left on the river...so if you bet ur gonna have to bet it all on the river into a pot of 90...SB's play seem irrational and foolish but since you have little info on the SB a value river bet is kinda thin

I'd probably check and be glad he didn't put you to the test with a big bet. Think it's bit too thin to value bet v 8x here.

If SB has a busted draw, why bother pushing? He's not calling anything.

Check behind on river. There's only $20 in the side pot, and you're WA/WB (likely a busted str8 draw). Why give him an opportunity to c/r bluff you out of both the main and side pot?
