I usually 4bet pre and I'm definitely betting this river.

In 3bet pots I try not to think about what I'll get called with when I have TPTK...players tend to spew with worse pairs all the time. He's played so passively that this is an autobet imo

Sometimes you'll get called by 99-QQ and be flipping. Sometimes you'll get called by Ax and dominate. Sometimes you'll get AK to fold (rare, but it happens). You'll get called 100% by KK/AA. And you're only in really bad shape vs. AA.

Mostly you'll just get people to fold. You'll get many pp's to fold, and that is a good thing 'cause then they're giving up their ~50% equity in the pot.

All in all, you're a favorite vs the majority of 3-betting ranges.

4-betting AK in online NL-6max with 100bb is +EV and you should always do it unless you have a good reason not to.

I see some of you guys wanna shove on river. What hands will he call a shove with? Only hands that beats us imo.
Isn't a valuebet better on this river? He might call us with a worse Kx or AQ and maybe some other hands? Just a thought.

bets about 110, gets called by KJs type hands or AQ
(not everytime, but more often you get called by a hand you beat then a hand that beats you (aka AA)

Ok so what is the consensus on the size of the 4-bet?

AI or up to what, $100?

Say you decide to put in $100 and the flop comes up all rags, what is your play then?

I usually 4-bet a little smaller than just hitting the pot button...like 2.5x the 3-bet size, so somewhere around $82 to let villian think he has some FE.

As played, I think AI on river looks "bluffier" and is more likely to get called.

I'd bet the turn because if I was bluffing thats were I'd be doing it. I think your much more likely to get light calls there than on river.

Once you check turn you obv have some sort of made hand and so villain can just decide how his hnd shapes up against your range of made hnds which will be fairly narrow at this point giving him a pretty easy decision.

If I did check the turn for whatever reason I'd bet like 40 on river to guarantee calls from the top end of villains range an maybe get crying ones from the lower parts + maybe induce a bluff c/r if he thinks Im trying to make some rly thin bet w/ AQ/JJ or something.
