I remember If I had a problem or question while playing at Party poker I would just dial the phone number on my cell and quickly get answers or corrections. Its was very convenient and quick. Hope they come back to US soon. Cant stand full tilt.

Looks to me that they are listening by not including the link in the email. Wasn't the main complaint last time round that the link to the external site was contained in the email? Now they tell you to log into your account on PS to get the link that way.

Seems to me that this way (ignoring the typo) is a much better way.

It really amazes me they won't deal with it. Last time we had one of these threads a few weeks back I made a similar post immediately after someone from Stars had made a post...might have been HostJacob, I don't remember. It still got no response. We know they read these threads...if there's some compelling reason why Stars can't or won't make a change, they should tell us. Otherwise they should change it!

Hmmm...if that's a change, I missed that. Definitely better that way, so perhaps they're not totally ignoring the suggestions. It obviously still needs to be worked on, so hopefully they will continue to do so.

I think that PokerStar's signing their emails with PGP might help considerably here.
