Default Remove pokerstars completely?

I am trying to set up a new account on a computer that has had pokerstars installed previously. When I downloaded and attempted to create a new account, I got the message "there is already an account associated with this computer.

Is there some way to wipe the computer clean?

Set it up on a different computer. A computer that has never had Stars on it, of course.

You have to change the network card. The MAC-address is unique and they identify you with this number.

Im not sure if changing the network card will really solve your problem as Im not fimiliar with these types of problems, but just want to say changing the network card in a computer is about the simplist thing in the world to do.

Just go on the computer of someone you trust and do it.

Edit- or at least change your password once you create the account on someone else's computer.
