Question about FTP deposits

I realize this has probably been asked on this forum before, but I have been searching for several days now and still am clueless. I want to deposit money onto FTP. I currently only play on stars. I use a Paytrucard on stars. I tried the Paytru on FTP, but was declined. I also went to the local walgreens, but the only prepaid they sold were greendot. Are there any other stores that sell cards that work, or does FTP accept WU?
