btw, cero_z your out of pm's, regarding your message:

you have to bite the bullet for a $50 fee but this is pretty nominal for the stakes u usually play I would assume.

It was pretty easy, just make sure your bank has a swiftcode (TCF Bank didn't for me so I set up a Chase business accout ldo) and you know the routing number/account number. You email them for a sheet (I can send it to you if you really want) fill it out sign it, scan, email it to accountverification@epassporte.com (I think)

hope that helps a bit, you can also call them but their phone support is laughable and those 2 departments cant even contact each other (something about acct verification department based in the US.)
