gonna pack and book stuff tonight, leaving tommorow and staying with ajunglen

so the plan is:

(1) fly to buffalo NY
(2) find a cab/limo, 40 minute ish drive, and cross border with my 9k or w/e
(3) get Canadian money somewhere, go to hotel, profit

anyone arriving in Buffalo tommorow wanna split a limo or something?

Unfortunately, due to strict gaming regulations, we cannot offer side games in the tournament area. Cash games will be restricted to the Poker Room (16 tables). Smallest games will be 5-5 NL, 25-50 Limit, 25-50 Omaha.

Followup question:

what is the system going to be like in terms of calling ahead to reserve seats for that week?
And would I be far off in my theory that the reason why there won't be any PLO is because there aren't enough competent dealers to run it? It makes no sense why you would be allowed to spread limit and no limit omaha but not plo due to gaming regulations

You can call ahead to put your name on the list for Cash Gmaes. Your spot on the list will be maintained for 90 minutes. If you have not checked in with the brush by then, your name is auto-deleted from the electronic brush.

You would be far off about the dealers. In fact, it is due to regulations. Pot Limit was not included in the origial submissions to have poker at Fallsview, only NL and Limit. An oversight, but one that is in the process of being corrected (but will not be during this WPT event).
