Default hand vs probable laggy fish

4 handed 10/20. No read on main villain but the other 2 players are tags so I sat and just assumed he sucked. The first hand I feel is very important.

I raise K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in the CO, the probably fish calls in SB, tag calls in bb.

Flop comes 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. checked to me, I check.
Turn is the T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Checked to me, I bet, SB crs, BB folds, I think for a bit then 3 bet, villain folds.

Now on to the other hand. About 2 hands later, villain raises in the CO. He's been quite active. I call in the BB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I started with 2700, he covers.

Flop comes 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I check he checks.

Turn is the 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I lead 120 into a 150 pot, he raises to 385. What it doooooooo ;;

My thoughts: The first hand suggests he is very capable of showing up with complete air here. Because of that I thought it would be better to call then c/c the river. If I knew he had at least something then I would 3 bet. Good thinking?

I think I 3-bet here and hope he bluff/have a hand and come over the top. I like this especially given your play in the previous hand.

i think 3-bet is the best. Calling would be better in position.

I think if hes tilted I go for a river c/r (you prob ahve to figure that out by timing, etc. Otherwise just 3b because I doubt hes giving you alot of credit since you just sat down and have twice 3b him after the flop checked. FWIW i would 3b smallish to like 825 or something so he can shove.

If you just call, I would not look to c/r the river. You may miss out.

3bet looks right. If he is a true monkey, he will call with his draws as well as his J's and 9's. Plus you may have a draw as well (though you would never take that line, he can't know that).

Also, if you 3bet here and get called, your option for a c/r may become viable again. That would be based on the comfortableness of his called turn though, as well as the actual river card.
