he would have reraised jj,qq preflop or on flop,turn. he may have q10 or j10 that just filled up vs a,10 or k,10(less likely). His turn call suggests significant strength and when he leads out he assumes ur calling given ur line thus far(unless you've been seen to make tough laydowns). He's showing q10 or j10 a lot here. It's tough but I'd probably fold.

I was about to post that and then realized should we be betting this river and so far the only good argument I have is, we have a straight.
