How has Bob Wickman escaped this thread? Todd Jones? Any of 100 other Crumbs?
I've said it a million times: if you have Mo Rivera or Jon Papelbon, you have a Closer; if you have anybody else, you have a Crumb, and there's no need to designate one guy to be your Crumb. I'll never understand why you make it a key objective to get the ball into the hands of Bob Wickman, as if that were a key to victory. |
