Default JJ against a shortstack

$1-2 NL $250 max

Effective Stacks
Hero - covers
Villain - $70

About ten hands earlier I complete in the SB with K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Flop ($7) : K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Checked to villain who moves all in for $23. I call. Villain shows AJ. MHIG
-----
Villain limps UTG I get dealt J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in the CO with a few limpers, raise to $17
Villain calls
Flop KQx two diamonds
Villain checks, I check
Turn xdiamonds
Villain goes all in for $53

Comments on all streets welcome.

Default Re: JJ against a shortstack

When villain checks the flop I type in his exact amount left.

You already have an idea of this donk's pattern of play from your earlier example.

Either call or leave the table if you don't want to get involved with him.
