Default NL20, marginal spot with T9s in CO

Villain is an unknown. I've been behaving well on this table, and my impression is that villain is at least not tight or passive. Is my line any good here?

I like your line and I would go for glory and crai with all 14 outs on the river. As it turns out I fold river. I would also bet more on the flop.

If you got a solid image this line is pretty money.

If villain floats a lot, fine, but this is a dry board.

In this spot, I lead on the turn with 2nd pair rather than getting more money in with a cr. If villain continues, I cf river unless improved.
