value bet the river. he should call with any ace.

edit: and i bet the turn - which changes the river obv.

That's a good turn card for you, so I think firing again is the right play. You don't want him betting and taking you off your hand with a weaker Ace or KQ, K10, etc, or spiking a pair cheaply. If he pops you on the turn, you can safely fold.

I'd bet the turn, and check-call the river if a safe card falls. If paint falls on the river, you're most likely only beating his weaker Aces, and given the board texture, there's not many: A8, A7, A5, A3, A2.

However, he is a loose raiser, so maybe a river crying call is justified no matter what falls.

Ran it in Stove. Considering that he (an aggressive raiser) didn't cap, I think we can rule out all pairs over 88, big Aces, and maybe something like KQs.

You have a significant edge over his estimated range(which is a conservative guess for the sake of the discussion. I think he bets 88, 77 when checked to and pops you with QT, 87, 97, etc):
