also, has anybody heard something from absolute? they should get a rep in this thread.

[/ QUOTE ]

Fwiw, i'll try emailing them as well.

I've played on absolute for a long time and they've always been very helpful and prompt with me, but mabye this is because I was probably one of the highest volume PLO and O8 players there for a time. (On a site not known for a great amount of omaha traffic) I've played close to 0 holdem hands there so I don't know if that will make a difference.

I'll let you know if/when I hear back.

[/ QUOTE ]
I think some other person said that they had called Absolute. You should try that as well, if you can.

The first hands in the thread suggested that, well, the person could just be a lucky moron. But with the IKESTOYS' HHs, I'm totally convinced that this person is cheating one way or another. Fortunately subtlety is apparently not his forte... these hands are all played the exact way I would expect someone who was a less-than-expert player would play if they could see my hole cards.

So sick. I hope Absolute does the right thing, but I have my doubts about them doing much at all.

why would anyone chase a straight on a paired board when you have 2 aces and the other 2 aces give u a boat??

he's chasing 4 outters? or does he know they are coming?

[/ QUOTE ]

you quoted the wrong hand, but the answer is "if I know the other guy has aces, and when I hit my 4 outer, I'm getting paid 5K, I'm calling"

to be fair, absolute could have been hacked as well. They may not necessarily be in on it.

Just trying to help brainstorm and explore possibilities.

In a way, this really doesn't surprise me.

I've always thought in the back of my mind that online poker was rigged in some type of way. Not necessary against us, but rigged for other people. i.e. being able to see hole cards as opposed to rigged what cards come, etc...

I think all of the information shown in this thread makes it pretty clear, and if you don't look at this information and think just one little tiny bit that it's possibly rigged, then you are absent minded, or just in denial. Looking at the odds, the way the cards are played, and basically everything about it, it's so obvious.

I just skimmed through the thread, as I do many threads, and I decided to join to finally comment on something.

I'm also sort of convinced that this has to be somebody connected with AP. You're telling me nobody else has ever emailed AP telling them how [censored] insane this guy plays, and how this happens? If this was just some regular member, AP would probably pick up on it so fast that this wouldn't be able to happen.

Anyway, this is just ridiculous, and it bring up a lot of things, and this will probably really mess their site up in the near future.

He bet over 20x the amount he called on the turn and got paid off.

Also, I don't play on absolute, but is it normal for their to be NO high stakes limit or no limit games going at 11:30 on a Saturday night? Did these threads kill off the high stakes action there?
