the banks have 270 days to come up with something in regards to internet gambling and ways to block the transactions.what month do you see this finally happening within the 270 day timeframe?

Isn't it the Fed that has 270 days to come up with the regulations? And then the banks have to implement the regs that the Fed comes up with?
