Yes fold but make a note. Even though your hand is underrepped large overbet shoves from bad players are rarely beaten by top pair.

I think I'd bet the turn. Maybe bet ½ - 2/3 of the pot. If I get re-raised all-in I'd probably fold. But I'm just a n00b.

As played I'd fold the river.

The players at these tables are absolutely terrible. This guy probably got excited and shoved in just because that's what terrible players do when they get excited like this. So it's an easy fold.
