Default TT OOP vs Semi-LAG

Villain is 46/9/2.2 but only 64 hands. This is my second hand. Stats are datamined.

No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $56.00
Hero (BB): $48.50
UTG: $20.25
BTN: $110.05 - villain

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG calls $0.50, <font color="red">BTN raises to $2.25</font>, SB folds, Hero calls $1.75, UTG calls $1.75

Flop: ($7) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $4.25</font>, Hero calls $4.25, UTG folds

Turn: ($15.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $10.00</font>, Hero ?

3-bet Preflop, c/r flop, oh what to do on Turn as I've gained some outs but Villain is not slowing down either. If I push, and he has a reasonable hand he only needs to call $32 into a $67 pot, making a call from weak Q more likely.

With no info this seems like an auto fold. I sometimes 3 bet pre vs somebody this LAG. As played, fold.

I think folding preflop is wrong as you can play for just set implied odds.

3betting definitely should be considered. But OOP I think we get into a tougher spot than the one presented here?

Other opinions?

I'd 3bet this pf every time. Especially 4handed.

Reraising preflop could take it down right there, and 4 handed the odds are good that preflop you have the best hand. I'd reraise preflop and go from there.
