Default question for fellow baseball stat dorks

best way to assign a teams runs per game output (for a team) in a neutral environment?

working a time killing project, but want to use the best info possible.

would it be EqR divided by games played? EqA /.260 EqA * league average runs per game?

im suppose that could be done, but it would be much more labor intensive as it would require loading every players RC #....unless they have a TEAM RC somewhere.
