Larry Flynt makes cover of Cardplayer Mag!! WTF??!!
I kid you not! Check out the latest issue of Cardplayer (April, 11th). They actually put Larry Flynt on the cover. Oh, how the mighty have fallen! How hardup is Cardplayer for business if they put Flynt on the cover? Pathetic. I used to defend Cardplayer in these forums. After this FORGET IT. Long live Bluff!

Of course i do not feel dumb. I already knew Flynt played in big games. So what? He is a porno king and it is pathetic that Cardplayer would put him on their cover. Really looks great for the poker movement in these tough times when a porn king is put on the cover of a leading poker mag. Gives more ammo to those who are anti-poker, when they see Flynt on the cover. How stupid can CP be.

All the other stuff had no effect, but now i actually want to read the mag just to find out more details. But seriously Mr Cardplayer Shill, you have backed yourself into a corner here. Do you go for the double reverse fakeout never see it coming "OMG, Cardplayer back on top having XYZ boring player as its feature" or will you stick with this approach for another could of threads?

i think larry flynt is a very interesting person. i would like to read an article about him. i don't care that he publishes smut. him being on the cover will not affect the fight to legalize poker whatsoever.
