I transferred $1400 out of neteller to tufat23, he sent me the money on stars which he had there already (he didnt do the instant transfer of the same amount)

Neteller closed MY account, which now has $0 in it, so I loled.

I hope you didnt get shut down tufat23, if so, just send them your ID and they will reopen.
