I don't think J-x is thin, I think J-x is bad... K-x is standard but only because a lot of his range is KJ / KT and may call J-x but has better seldom.

I don't see this is thin at all. If we're gonna get $100 more in value, and are presumably bet-folding the river, we should be charging any higher fd, sd or house draw, then thinking about checking behind on the river. If we've raised turn, betting river becomes superthin.
