Default Standard bluff vs weird river donk?

Villain seemed like a bad LAG from the time i'd been at the table, no experience of him calling light though, just making some weird bluffs etc. The hand in question happened directly after this first hand below (not really looking for any input on first hand)

I think i made a mistake in the QJs hand in not raising the flop, that's way better than a float right? Thoughts on river?

Hero ($390)
BB ($639.31)
UTG ($96)
MP ($376.90)
CO ($347.94)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

Final Pot: $138

Results below:
Hero has Qc Jh (flush, ace high).
BB has 3c 3s (flush, ace high).
Outcome: Hero wins $138.

Meh, I'd say he has 55 type [censored] a lot of the time. Will he fold it... I'm not sure.

after his weak river bet, your big rr looks very fishy.

not sure if he knows this (so may be irrelevant) but i'm raising any decent 9-x for value on river.

As opposed to a not-decent 9x?

what i meant was...i'd def value bet J9+ but i'm not sure about smaller 9's cos i'm abit hesitant to value town myself...not sure where the cut-off point for value-raising should be, any ideas?
