Double Bad Beat - Playstation 3

So after i order my 60 PS3 from walmart I find out the GH2 and DDR games won't work on it. Then I find out I gotta wait for the pelican adapter on 2/1. So I dont cancel the order.

The PS3 comes yesterday. I dont gett any games just an extra controller. I go out and get some italian take out and Rachet and Clank. I get home set it up. Play wii while it downloads the update.

After 4 hours it never updated.

So I shut it off.

Anywho.... Now it doesnt even boot.

Got sent a brick.

You try unplugging it and plugging it back in? Big ups on letting me know about the adapter tho. Now i can get GHII.

Theres no controller ports in PS3, just USB. I believe GH uses a controller port.

sent out a request for service on Friday. Got the box from sony from UPS on Monday morning. Sent that night overnight to Texas. Will update when i got it going.

back to wii sports.

got new PS3 yesterday from Texas. Updated flawlessly. Had to go to my league night so I haven't played anything yet.

thats because it says right on the screen do not turn it off while the updates are on or it can cause it to fry. guess reading isnt a strong point for some

Take it back to walmart and see what they can do, just say it doesn't work and give them the receipt and they should exchange it since you just bought it......Was it plugged into the network?

There's an adapter that lets you play all the old games. It's called a PS2.
