anyone know where i can parlay nba futures? i.e. total wins by respective teams?
ive looked around and only have found sites where u can bet on one team....

Good Luck, you will need to find a pretty square book in order to do that, as many of your bets will be correlated (Example one midwest team over, another midwest team under)
