Default 400nl: 4bet coldcalled by reg villian oop - standard check down w/ AK?

Hero's image - prob about 20/18/3 or so this session, but overall about 17/14/3.5. Have played alot with villian so he would probably know this. I have been stealing alot recently.

Villian - 21/14/2. May be 2+2er, definitely a regular.

Im happy to get this in here pf given my image. 4bet obv for value (but i think he knows I can 4bet light).

Standard checkdown once he coldcalls 4bet pf oop?

Note: stack and pot sizes mean any bet pretty much leaves me committed.

Looks like villain has JJ or AK.

I'd have to be playing the hand to decide whether to bet the flop/turn. I like checking a little more than betting just because it's risk free.
