I think this is fine.

Looks good. I might raise a little less on the flop. I find that a raise to $2 following a min-bet induces a fold 9 times out of 10. If you do get a call then you keep the pot a little smaller with a good, but not unbeatable hand.

I like the turn check for pot control because it's hard to put a villain this loose on a hand we can beat that is calling a big pot.
River you're probably behind normally but this is an easy call getting 3:1, this is 88/99/A7 enough to make up for the times that it's 75/76. I'm guessing villain showed one of those two hands?
