FWIW Flop check is weirder than river call imo.

Nick Schulman raises 6,000 under the gun preflop and Tom "Durrrr" Dwan reraises 26,000 right behind him. Action folds around to Schulman and he makes the call. The flop rolls out Jc6c4d and both players check. The Jh falls on the turn and Schulman raises to 40,000. Dwan makes the call and the river rolls out the 5s. Schulman bets 70,000 and Dwan tanks for a minute or two before making the call. Dwan flips over AcQc and Schulman mucks his hand. Dwan is up to 920,000 after the hand, while Schulman is down to 472,000.

durrr, if this account is accurate (big "if"), why didn't you wait for nick to show? seems like pretty valuable info, esp vs a tough opponent like him.

Tom 'durr' Dwan really got himself out in front by the end of Level 19 after delivering a fatal knockout blow to one time-chip leader Matthew Ehrlich. Dwan now sits in the no. 1 spot with 2.4 million chips, nearly 1 million more than Mike white who currently sits in second place with 1.5 million and change.

Mark Weitzman grabbed another 600,000 chips this level, propelling him to the third slot on the leader board.

Nick Schulman, who had been hovering between 700,000 and 800,000 had finally broken the 1 million chip mark by the end of Level 19, placing him back in one of the top ten seats.

Play has slowed down dramatically as we begin Level 20, as Level 19 only brought several eliminations…

27th - Steve Brecher ($24,318)
26th - 'Miami' John Cernuto ($24,318)
25th - Robert McLaughlin ($24,318)
24th - Arthur Azen ($29,722)
23rd - Matthew Ehrlich ($29,772)
22nd - Kyle Orvis ($29,772)

Here are the top five chip leaders for the moment…

1) Tom Dwan - 2,396,000
2) Mike White - 1,525,000
3) Billy Pilossoph - 1,222,000
4) Freddy Deeb - 1,180,000
5) Mark Weitzman - 1,170,000

Durrrr Calls with Ace-high Runs Stack to 1.7 Million
From under the gun, Matt Ehrlich raises to 50,000. Tom "durrrr" Dwan re-raises to 207,000 and Ehrlich calls. The flop comes Q22 and it goes check check. The turn is the 8, Ehrlich bets 100k and Dwan calls. The river is the J, Ehrlich bets 150,000 and Dwan calls.

Ehrlich says "I've got nothing, you got it", but Dwan still refuses to turn up his hand. Ehrlich finally tables 76 and durrrr shows AK for ace-high.

With that pot Tom Dwan runs his stack up to 1,780,000 and Ehrlich falls to 680,000.

I love this making the other guy show his hand after making a great call.

Its hard to win tourneys if you lose your flips for big pots.
