ub points not adding correctly?

finally got an email back from UB about this, they completely dodged the question, which i figured might be hard to do in this case, but whatever, too annoying, and i don't think their page still shows the change...

Or totally dead. Stars pretty much killed off TD at UB anyway, I'm sure it will be a huge pain to get games to run now.

anyone have details on the upgrade as i'm not on my home comp...site doesn't seem to list the details of the upgrade, but then again, the new pts policy was handled poorly too...
