Waitlists for Stars 25/50

Every time I look there is at least a 10 person wait on each table. Right now there are 25 people on the waitlist. Why is Stars only keeping 3 tables of 25/50 going?

Will this die down or be the status quo from now on?

they want to keep the games popular...so they restrict the number of tables

yes it will die down
