well none of these accounts have the same IP but they are all in San Francisco; I'd say it's safe to assume they are the same person with a non-static IP.
As I said, I am theorizing that this is BowToYourSensei but I have no proof; perhaps Ryan has more tools available to make that conclusion than I do.
