I've been playing pretty agg so I'm pretty sure there is no way he puts me on a set. I really feel that he would of played 78 much more agg on the flop and turn. I would insta call this against an agg opponent but this guy has been playing pretty tight. thoughts? |

Re: call this river bet?
You raised preflop, it's important to realise your opponent will not put you on the hand you actually have on the flop as you correctly stated.
I really don't see how you can fold here. It's possible he has something like QJT8 and peeled one off on the flop with a gutshot, picked up a bigger draw on the turn and hit. But I still have to call here. |

Re: call this river bet?
Ahh, memories. What a card dead table that was for me.
I don't remember this hand but I'd probably call expecting to see a backdoor nut straight with clubs because that's what it looks like. I believe the villain here was floating flops a lot. Hmm, it's coming back to me .... something involving a set of jacks. |
