Default Marginal TP 6max

Need get back to posting a few more hands.

Villain here is very loose and passive; haven't seen him raise pf yet and def. have seen him limp AQo and 99. Also, I have been at the table for only 15 hands or so, thus no extensive reads beyond their general pf tendencies.

... and the justification being...? Villain doesn't have A7, A4, A3 or he would have raised the turn, Villain doesn't have a stronger ace because he would have raised pf - no, wait, he wouldn't have...

But anyway, since an ace is somewhat unlikely, I'm fearing K7/Q7 and not much else, really. 5x, I guess. Thus, while the flop and turn bets were to some extend "if he wants to draw he has to pay" kind of bets, I have some reasonable chance of being best here and b/f.

Kinda like that?

you said yourself he's loose passive. At 6-max those suckers call down with any pair or any stupid draw. Expect to see 3x(win), 4x(win), 5x(lose), 6x(win), 7x(who knows), 22(win), x[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]y(blank)(win).

It's a definite b/f situation though.

I'm just learning 6-max so help me out...

Do you lead this flop every time?
Seems like a pretty bad reverse implied ods hand against 3 opponents.
HU I would lead against 3 I would probably check and call one check and fold if its two bets back to me.

I have TP - why wouldn't I lead?

No one here except UTG could have a PP higher than 77 - they'd raised pf. Since most villains are sane enough not to limp 73s, there's the unlikely 33 or 44 I'm afraid of and not much else.

Edit: About the RIOs - that's why I bet NOW!

I agree with all of this against 1 opponent (and maybe 2) but against 3 I don't think you are likely to get everyine to fold. On the turn and river - any heart is bad 2,5, or 6 set up posssible straights, 9-A are overcards to your pair. If I knew I could lead and play for one bet ok, but I don't want to lead get raised and have to play from there.

If you lead and get raised what would you do?

Fish,

7x is almost always a loss, since we only beat 72 from that category.

Call for sure. Then see what happenes on the turn. As there's a fd on the board, he could have raised for a free card. So another flush card would make me give up, probably. As would many OCs. Basically, play my 5-outer.

But I think you take this the wrong way - I don't worry what happens if I get raised because I don't think I get raised that often in the first place. I completed the SB. My range is HUGE. Each of them (should, at least) know(s) that. So, given that I am probably the most likely of all to have connected to this board, I don't think I get bluff-raised a lot, since they can assume I show down most pairs unless some scare cards hit. On the other hand, I don't think there are many hands that would make sense for them that could raise me legitimately.
