You want to move your mouse behind your character's back. After clicking on the evade button on the left, move right so the mouse goes across her back under the head. Once you move past the head, move up so you're in good poisition for a counter-strike.

Very fun; but easy to beat. The trick on the Matriarch and the Madame is to never attack. Their evade is too quick and they'll counterattack you. Just evade them and counterattack until they die.
