Default I want to sell shares of an indian company on the Bombay Stock Exchang

Title says it all, I want to sell ordinal (not ADR) shares of Tata Motors on the Bombay Stock Exchange. Is there any brokerage out there that offers this service? Schwab said they didnt offer it because Indian govt. was protective of their markets or something of that like.

I am an American.

If I had to open an account in a brokerage in India, what would be the best way of doing that? Who should I go with?

Anyone here experienced with ADR arbitrage involving India?

Thanks, spin
